  • Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling.
  • Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests.
  • Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays.
  • Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order. 

    Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST).
  • Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We want you to be completely happy with your order.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise.

Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.

A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.


RETURNING MERCHANDISE BY MAIL


On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).

Shipping costs are charged to the buyer in the event of return, change of size, change of item or refund; except for payments established with Paypal, where the return is free.

In the email you will have to indicate the following data:
  • Order number (indicated on the accompanying invoice or in the MyBluamore account)
  • Article code
  • Quantity
Cut it The subject of the e-mail must be specified as one of the following:
    • Size change
    • Article change
    • Head not up to expectations
    • Defect of the head
    • Wrong item

CHANGE OF GOODS OR ARTICLE CHANGE

The change is possible only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available.

  
REFUND

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the goods by BLUAMORE srl, which will verify their integrity (* terms and conditions).

For orders paid by credit card, the amount reimbursed will be available to customers in around 10 - 14 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement.
The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system of the credit card used. The reimbursement will be made for the entire amount of the order excluding the return shipping costs of € 5 for Italy and € 10 for Europe; except for orders placed with paypal for Italy where the return is always free.

**TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The products must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use

  • Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order.

  • All products must be returned along with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, nor used as a single external packaging.

  • Returns must be sent to BLUAMORE srl, Via Ricerca Ricerca 6, 41012 Carpi (MO) Italy.

  • In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in the shipment by BLUAMORE srl, it is required to follow the same instructions as above.

  • BLUAMORE reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.

  • BLUAMORE will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
